Belle is a spay female basset hound, she is ~3 years old. Belle has a mal-formed right leg, it turns out. And like most bassets with this condition it doesn't bother her or cause any problems.
She likes cookies, chew toys, and running and playing. Does well with most dogs; but, is very protective of what she considers hers. She is an attention hound. Loves to be with her humans.
Does not like being left alone or left outside. Is afraid of raised voices and loud unexpected sounds but does okay with thunder.
She chases cats but only slobbers on them.
She would do best in a house where she is not left alone -- but if she is she would need other dogs to calm her.
